This has a diner atmosphere. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The people are friendly. The service was just a little slow and we weren't offered a refill of our drinks, but we were still very satisfied with our experience. Will be going back!

Why are you closed on a random Tuesday at 11 in the morning? When you say you're going to be open then be open.

Stopped in on the way home to NC. Simple, inexpensive food served quickly with friendly service. Chicken and dumplings were tasty.

Best breakfast in Hampton. When visiting family, this is our reatraunt. I know I will get real biscuits and gravy, bacon, and eggs. Can't get that in Fl. The ladies are so nice and helpful. Good ol' down-home folks. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy but is cozy and has a welcome feeling.

It was good and cheap. The only complaint I have is I ordered an omelet with no onions and it had onions in it but I ate it anyway.

Had the BLT, side of bacon and potatoes. Wife had the Country Bkfast. We both shared a pancake. She loved how the Appalachian gravy was how her dad made it while she was little. I love a great BLT and the bacon was perfectly crisp. Service was as sweet as the pancake.

How did we JUST discover this place? Amazing home-cooked breakfast, fast, and at great prices! Every single thing we ordered was delicious! If you haven't hit this hidden gem for Saturday morning breakfast, you are missing out!

1 star. To start, the outside was VERY off putting. I walked inside to be ignored and stared at the the other customers, I felt judged by the man at the counter. The girl waitress kept messing up and trying to flirt/hit on me. I order a kids meal because they don’t serve breakfast at 11am and the other food was NOT appetizing. It took about 40 minutes to get one chicken tender that they obviously had bought from a store and threw in an oven, it wasnt real chicken, and about 15 fat fries. I only ate the fries that I had to season with salt myself. Very dirty floors, windows, and table had hair all over it. Not to mention the bathroom was locked the entire time. Conclusion, Absolutely filthy and terrible.. Not to mention the couple beside me was very obviously doing PDA and looked like they were about to make a baby where I was eating. If I could give this ZERO stars I would. 0.0001/10
