Just waited over 40 min for a online order. Had to go in twice to see what was taking so long. They cleared our order as if we already picked it up. This place is a joke along with the owners and managers who are in charge. Everytime you go there they pull you forward to make their drive thru times better telling you that they are making it fresh. IT IS NEVER FRESH!!! Everybody in charge is fully aware of what's happening and it doesn't get better, it's gotten worse. Oh and they do this no matter what you order. I get pulled forward for even just one burger and it's been a 10 min wait.

Every single time we try to order online and grab some quick we just get pulled forward. I've been here for over 20 minutes now waiting on an order that was placed half an hour ago. What's the point in calling it fast food if I could cook it myself in that time? Also, currently counting 7 vehicles pulled forward waiting just like me. A few are in the pic attached.

dont go they will have you waiting on curb side and give your order to someone in line and forget about you it dont matter if its morning or night they need to be closed and just be a gas station go in to elizabethton to get food your get it faster and they are more on the ball
