This Subway has came a long way they are actually pretty good now. Only had one person working in their. But definitely better what they used to be. They graduated from a one star to a four-star.

This subway is private family owned and they DO NOT HONOR OUR VETS NOR DO THEY HONOR THE SUBWAY COUPONS.
It's seriously no wonder this establishment stays dead with no customers.
I have always been one to support local or family owned establishments, but I can not support a local family owned Subway that doesn't honor vet's.
When those veterans are the reason they have the freedom to open that establishment restaurant.
Once customers especially in Carter County, Elizabethan and surrounding areas find this out I'm sure that they will not receive anymore business from worth customer's who value their freedom. Most are honorable veteran's my HUSBAND BEING ONE OF THEM! You're employees are lazy and rude as well.

One person working here by himself he’s pleasant, nice and doing his best!!! But I’ve been here for 15 minutes waiting, granted the people in front are difficult! But this guy needs help! He is awesome and very professional! But the manager sucks when it comes to scheduling WHEREVER AND WHOMEVER THEY ARE!!!!

There's a reason this place has terrible reviews. If you do a mobile order expect wait 1-2 hours for your order. Their mobile system is spotty and every time you order online or in drive through they serve literally every person who walks into the lobby before they decide to start your food so basically you have to look them in the eyes and order it or they probably won't even remember you ordered anything. Save yourself money and time and go to Elizabethton instead. One of the most poorly ran Subways to exist. Stay clear
