A big thanks to Franklin C. at the Harriman location for recommending the banana split swirl iced coffee. It is amazing and definitely a new favorite. Excellent customer service every time!! Thanks a bunch for being awesome!!!
Went through the drive thru, have never been on the inside. Service was a little slow but food was excellent!
I've been coming here for years. The staff are great and it's a very convenient location. I have never had any issues.

Dunkin' is a frequent stop for many, with some visitors coming in multiple times a week. The staff is fantastic with a friendly and outgoing nature, creating a very helpful environment. However, the quality and taste of the drinks, including the mocha iced coffee and frozen coffee, have declined drastically and can taste yucky. The iced lattes are inconsistent and taste different every time. While some customers appreciate the clean facilities, service needs work and can be slow, with customers having to wait for their food. The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy hot beverages, including coffee and tea, with a lovely patio view of the sunrise.
