If I could I would give it 0 stars I would. Customer service sucked, seem like the waiter didn’t even care about nothing. And for an $80 steak meal you would think it would be good but nope it was the worse steak I have ever ate. You couldn’t hardly chew it and you pretty much needed a chain saw to cut it up and told the waiter and she pretty much laughed about it said sorry and walked away. Definitely wasn’t a good experience all the way around. I would recommend Taco Bell over this place.
Not impressed at all.....came in around 6pm was informed that they were pretty much out of everything but said with a smile they could make sandwiches.....Really? Never going back.
Some places make hometowns special and this is one of those places. Just a small town restaurant that you’d rather go to than any big restaurant chain. Everything we had was great and the service was perfect! We’ll be back

I had their 10oz sirloin. It was an excellent cut. Perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. I had a great time. I would definitely go back again.
Very nice restaurant with great home cooked style meals!

The food was ok but I thought for how much we paid it would be better. I do like the fact that all food is from there farm and fresh. I just wasn't impressed with what I got. But that doesn't mean that it's bad food I just think it could of been better is all.

Would not recommend for a large party. Our service and food were unacceptable. It was our first trip and most definitely our last. I messaged the page to express my concerns before posting and after 24 hours got no response.

We visited Farmers Harvest for the first time tonight to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday. He specifically requested steak, and we were excited to support a local restaurant and try something new. We called the day before to let them know we would have a party of 17 arriving at 6:30. We were told it was first come, first served and that they would try to keep larger tables open. When we arrived, we were quoted about an hour wait, which we expected and were completely fine with.
Unfortunately, once seated, the experience declined quickly.
Our server informed us upfront that gratuity would be added due to party size, which we fully understand. Many at our table have worked in the service industry, and we would have gladly tipped above the automatic gratuity for good service.
After ordering, we waited approximately an hour and a half just to receive our appetizers. During that same time, we waited an hour and a half for drink refills. Immediately after appetizers were brought out, we were informed they were out of the sides we had originally ordered. Replacement options were limited to fries, tots, or chips. When I chose corn instead, I was later told they had just given out the last bowl. We were also told they were out of baked potatoes, yet we watched multiple baked potatoes served to other tables afterward.
When our steak for two finally arrived.. nearly two hours after being seated- it was cooked well done instead of medium. I said I did not want to wait for another to be cooked and would simply keep it. Despite that, my plate was removed anyway. Shortly after, our server stood within earshot of our table speaking negatively about me to other staff, which was overheard by our family.
Nothing was offered to compensate for the delays or incorrect meal. There wasn’t even an apology given by the server that took terrible care of us yet made 20% off of everyone’s bills. And she sent another server to deliver our checks while the original server processed our payments without speaking to us. Once we told her about the incident she did take off the steak for two..
We understand busy nights and staffing challenges. Like I said many of us have wired in the service industry. What’s difficult to overlook is the lack of professionalism and courtesy….
especially during a child’s birthday celebration. That we in fact didn’t get to celebrate, because we boxed up our food and left.
We will not be returning.

Amazing gem if a restaurant right here in the heart of Hartsville. Farmers Harvest has oitstanding farm fresh food, and you can taste the difference right away! I loved the Hot Dill Chicken Sandwich and my wife loved her Sarichi Chicken sandwich. My kids ate every bit of their fresh beef mini burger and chicken tenders! To top it all off, they even have ice cream! The prices were more than fair. There is even a very cool 'Speakeasy' to come and get cocktails. We can't wait to come back again soon!

I love this place!
It is so yum!
Sad it's only open 3 days a week but I totally understand why.
Sweet tea is always 10/10
Ice cream is super yummy (when they have the better favors in stock haha)
Definitely try this restaurant!
I will say the downfall is wait times. I'm not talking order to table turnaround every now and then I'm talking if there's a large party in the back room you might not know the amount of orders that you're behind in the kitchen. I wish before you're seated that they tell if you the projected wait time do you can make an informed decision. I've seen people get there drinks, order, wait, wait with kids at the table, then have to leave because their kids became restless and impatient. This restaurant knows kids and their wait limits. In my opinion you'll either loose business at the door from customers making a choice to wait or loose business at the table from them leaving early. I'd just be cognizant of that.
I also understand lunch specials being lunch specials but there should be enough to run into the dinner selection too for the people who can't catch the lunch time.
Nice local staple, good food and good people.
