The food is great. I have ordered most everything on the menu at one time or another. You can't beat the friendly staff. they make you feel at home. Add in those home made deserts and you have a combination that can't be beat. I have gotten to know everyone there and they super sweet. If you have been , then you are in for a treat. I've known the owner for a few years now and he's remained the nicest guy you ever want to meet. Better go get ya some !

We came last night for the first time and everything was perfect! The salad bar was cold, and everything was fresh and crisp. Staff was super friendly, and the owner came to see how everything was. Hand patted cheeseburgers, and beer battered chicken was seriously 10/10.
The Cove at Hartsville is a hidden gem and neat little place tucked away right on the river. It is an unassuming but welcoming place to stop in by boat. The food is great and equally amazing, with good Specials, burgers, chicken tenders, wings, a wonderful salad bar, and homemade desserts. The service is great with a friendly staff and owner who make you feel at home. It is a welcoming place to have a drink on the open deck with music. It is a combination that can't be beat for a late breakfast or any meal.
