My wife and I had a horrible experience here, waited 20 minutes to be sat by a host (plenty of open tables). No one tool our order so after another 15minuted waiting we ordered through the app, food arrived 30 minutes later cold. Asked kindly to speak to the manager hoping we could at least get warm food, waited 25 more minutes and manager never came over. We left with our cold food and ate it at home.
We eat there a couple of times a month for lunch. Alexis is the waitress and she is so efficient. She is the only waitress but can take care of all the tables. The food is always good and the service is excellent. I’m not sure how she does it alone but she pulls it off. So kind and efficient. She needs a raise. Such an asset to the company.
Prob the worst location I have ever been to!! They’re so rude and always forget things when I order through DoorDash!!! I even called them when I placed my order to remind them to please not forget my sauce cause they have not been giving me the sauce I ordered and the lady that answered the phone was SUPER RUDE!!!! She didn’t even ask me what my name or order was just said “okay” and I was like do you need to know my name for the order and she didn’t even say anything!!!...read full review
