El Grullense Taqueria in Hendersonville is a must-visit spot if you're craving delicious Mexican food. This was my second time eating here, and both experiences were excellent. The first time, I opted for the drive-through and grabbed some tacos, which were absolutely delicious. They really hit the spot, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that stood out.
This time, I decided to sit on their outdoor deck. There were plenty of seats available, which made for a nice, relaxed dining experience. It’s worth noting that El Grullense doesn’t offer table service, so you’ll need to order at the window. Despite that, the setup worked well, and it was easy to settle in and enjoy the surroundings while waiting for the food.
Once again, the food was fantastic. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared, just like the first visit. The staff was also friendly and welcoming both times, adding to the overall great experience.
If you’re in Hendersonville and looking for great Mexican food, I highly recommend giving El Grullense Taqueria a try, whether you’re grabbing a quick meal on the go or sitting down to enjoy your food. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is the bomb. Their food is so freaking good and the prices are reasonable and you can eat in your Car and be left alone or you can sit at the patio and eat there but every time I’m in the area I always get something here and it’s so delicious and it makes me so happy
Omg, their shrimp tacos are to die for!!!! Both the roja and Verde sauces are delicious. I eat here at least 3 times a week! If you have been thinking about going, go now!! You won't be disappointed.
Update!!!!!! Y'all the Pollo Loco special is my go to!!!!! It has chicken, rice, queso, guacamole, sour cream, and your choice of either corn or flour tortillas. I absolutely love the lady that takes your order. She is always so sweet. If I could eat here every single day, I would!!! Go get y'all a plate!

Good was pretty good. I had to repeat my order 3 times very slowly but the lady taking my order was nice. I asked for street tacos and ONLY have sour cream and cheese on them. They put a ton of other stuff on top and absolutely loaded raw onions all over them.
We typically go to California Taco but decided to try another place with Birria tacos. We'll most likely keep going to California taco.
