Miserable experience from start to finish

the food is always good but the bigger server is not very nice or attentive

So, we loved this place. However, we ate their last night and the food was shocking...
Refiried beans were just a runny brown sauce, rice was stodgey, queso was tasteless and runny, and the sour cream was the same. It was as if everything was watered down to go further. We also had the Tapas appetizer where the mini chimmichangas were obviously cooked twice...maybe leftovers from lunch?
What was good? The chicken chimmchanga was distinctively awesome and their salsa is astoundingly good.
Don't know whats going on. We mentioned the sub-standard Tapas but the waiter passed it off.

Casa Vieja is consistently better.

Love this place downnnnnn! Love their tacos with a good side of rice and beans and a horchata ooooo ya! And for dessert churros with ice cream with no cherry at the top 😋 lawddd hammercy! Run dont walk!

Everything was good, but the prices are a bit high. 5 bucks per taco, even if its shrimp is higher than id expect.. 15 for 3. My wife had the sope, it was bigger than usual but even it was 10 which suprised her. Overall, its good but on the pricier side of mexican food.

Ask to not put sour cream on my nachos and they should have equamounts of chicken ground beef and refried beans. They had chicken and beans no ground beef
Ask for no onions on another order but onions were abundant

Extremely rude!!! I placed an order at 12:00 while I was on a 30min lunch break. The guy at the front was extremely rude. I called asking for directions because the gps took me to the wrong place and he told me to follow the map. When I finally found the restaurant it was 12:21 and my order said it would be ready at 12:14. I went to the counter to pick up my order. The guy at the counter said it wasn’t ready yet. I asked how long will it be and he said “I won’t be rushed” he was so rude and I said don’t worry cancel the order. I will never again go back!!!! If this is the attitude that they have I don’t even want to try the food!

This place is hit and miss. We had great food and service one time, and went back and had extremely mediocre food and poor service the next.

This place was amazing. I walked in off the street and was immediately taken to a table. I ordered my food and it was at my table very very quickly. Cooked completely correctly. The texture was exactly as expected. The atmosphere was inviting and open, plenty of TVs to each the game if that's your thing. Service was awesome. Checked on me every 5 minutes it seemed and greeted me with a smile. I will definitely be back.
