Hi, I think the fries from KFS was best in all countries that I tried, but my last few orders included more like the worst fries could be. It is oily, mushy, overcooked, lumpy mashed potatoes. I hope to have better fries again someday.

Usually when I place my orders they come out correct and without any issue, but today I come through the drive thru. There is no line or anything so should be fine. When I start to order I am interrupted in the middle of giving my order and then after trying to complete the order, the employee at the drive thru speaker starts talking about random things, I guess to their coworker, and then just doesn't respond for about 5 minutes until they come back and ask for my order...
