This location has gone waaaaaaaay down hill. I get it times are tough, economy is wrecked. I have walked in multiple times.. to wait 7-10 minutes just to place my order only to watch drive through be the main focus.
A customer is a customer. Shouldnt matter if its in a car or walk in.
I will not be returning since customer service experience has been so bad.
