I love a good Krystal, but this location always serves up a soggy, sopping wet mess. Are these things getting dunked in a bucket of onion water? A well made Krystal is a delicacy, but these ain’t it.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went there to grab breakfast this morning. I ordered waffles, grits, bacon, and 2 plain krystals. The girl seemed agitated I ordered even though I would have to wait. I waited 15 minutes for my almost $12 meal that truthfully wasn't even worth $5. What I got was 2 very burnt and hard waffles, 1 piece of very burnt bacon, and the grits was so watered down it would have been considered soup. The only thing right was the 2 krystals. I will not be going back again. It was a complete waste of time and money and was disgusting.

Go to restroom to wash up and was disgusted and wanted to ask how many woman work in this facility and use these facilities! This is unacceptable ladies and gentlemen! The service was horrible as I waited and was gonna eat inside after being here for 30 minutes for 2 pick 5s go to counter and they aren’t even sure of the order and have half of it sitting in the bag getting cold. Ridiculously embarrassing….Facility and service! Sincerely hope this gets corrected…. Mrs Edwards

9:30 PM I work for Uber eats you had guy on his phone in the lobby and lady outside in the parking lot while there was two people waiting in the drive-through. They refused to take my order so I had to cancel my Uber. Sorry, customer service. Crystal lost money Uber eats lost money. I lost money. My Customer does not get fed.

Horrible place go to I try order inside and 3 people told me they be with me in a minute and worker about take my order than ignores me and goes back to drive thru window to other orders so I had go all way back to car and wait 20 mins in drive thru to order and get my food and as soon take a bite into my food chip my tooth from overcooked hotdogs and go back to get my money and she said I don’t know if I can do a refund let me call my manager and she said her manager not answering the phone and told me to come back tomorrow after I just waited almost hour to get the food just not be able to eat and can’t even refund me my 8 dollars this is why there no Krystal’s really left in tennesse how you expect someone to come back if you treat them like this

They have sprang back to action since odd open hours and low staff. Took care of our order and had absolute customer care in mind. Still a bit salty but great food and a Southern original. Go here, eat here keep em going!

I would definitely give zero stars if I could. Terrible mobile order experience for the first time. Order suppose to be ready at 7:56pm, got to the restaurant at 8pm, pull to the drive-thru speaker and no greeting just a voice saying we on a 20min wait time. Told her I have a mobile order pickup and she said drive around. 3 other cars in front of me and we all just waiting. Finally got to the window at 8:34pm double checked with the lady for no ice in my drinks and boom a full blown mean mug attitude face, she rolled eyes as if I was bothering her and closed the window and walked away. Definitely watched the other lady make my drinks, no trust was there. You would think they would be nice after having someone wait for over 40mins for a mobile order or any order. Lordt get home and my food is all wrong and they forgot my corn pup that was paid for. I paid for a 24 cheese sack meal add ketchup. I got NO ketchup and NO cheese and NO corn pup. And Everything was still cold after waiting 40mins and the fries were old as heck, bread was so soggy from the grease it was barely edible. I would like a refund this service was ridiculous and unacceptable, and can't believe they call this customer service. The lady cooking backside was all out, who wants to see that when your food is being made. The employees are rude and don't know how to treat the customers. Especially when the customer did nothing wrong and its the restaurant fault for the suppose 20min wait. Smdh..I will not be returning nor making another mobile order, I mean what's the point because you still gotta wait forever for your cold, old, missing items, not correct food.
