When I tell you the best!!! Believe me the best! I am here with a team for training and we decided to try MOE’S. I was a little hesitant because I am definitely a Chipotle girl… Let me tell you.. the food was so good and the service was even better! If you have not tried it, you are definitely missing out! I just added MOE’S to my favorite restaurant list.

I paid over $100 for 2 Fajita kits. Pickup was 11:15am, I got there at 11am and the kits had been sitting cold for almost 30 minutes. I ordered chicken and steak for the proteins, we only got chicken and the tubs were barely half filled. All the chips were crushed, none bigger than a bottle top. Lettuce was browning already and the guacamole was warm. The worst salsa I have ever tried, rancid taste so I threw it away so the rest of the family wouldnt eat it. Very disappointed my last 2 trips to Moe’s. Never again. Garbage food, way overpriced.

First time here. Ordered a steak bowl. Food was mediocre. Generous size overall but skimpy on meat and options. Steak was decent tho. Won’t lie about that. Lol. The facility - kitchen included - looked dirty. Bathroom was nasty AF. No one cleans it regularly, you can tell. I won’t be back unless it’s the last thing that’s open in town and I’m desperate to eat something. They weren’t busy so not sure why cleaning wasn’t on the daily agenda.
Management should focus on cleaning this place top to bottom. Oouuffff. Chipotle almost never disappoints so GO THERE instead.

Moe’s Southwest Grill of Hendersonville did an exceptional job with our recent delivery/catering order. The food was absolutely delicious, and the delivery experience was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Was frustrated to see that the bowls were changed for a smaller size on their own, but the main issue is both bowls ordered were barely half full. For more than $15 I expect to at least get a full serving. The icing on top is that I also used to get a full bag of chips with my meal, this time I only got 1/4 bag and a single tiny cup of salsa with two entrees. What little food I did get was tasty. Do better moes.

The manager on duty here on Sunday 8/18/24 was not very friendly . They didn’t say welcome to moes when you walk in she was very rude! I ask for an extra salsa she gave me an attitude as if it was coming out of her pocket. I will not be back to this place . You may need new management, the girl working at 5:40 was not a happy person at All. Let’s not forget I tipped them well on a take out order and spent 110 dollars. She may need to be talked too she seemed very mad to be there.. Food was good just bad customer service from the manager.

Great every time so far! Good bowl, enough for a lot of folks to split one bowl. Always courteous staff. They usually have some salsa at the salsa bar too.
