The tacos were good but the restaurant was filthy. Tables and floors were dirty. The drink area was not clean especially the lemonade dispensers. There were only two other tables in use and no one was waiting to order after us so they were not swamped and unable to clean. I went to the front to get a to-go box but no one ever came out of the back…. but I did hear them and they were obviously having a lot of fun. Sorry… I don’t eat at dirty restaurants. I won’t be back.

The guy behind the counter pouring the queso had a huge attitude problem, rolled their eyes at me for no reason, and said a snarky remark. Should not be in the customer service industry. Also, the tortilla chips were over-saturated with salt. So much salt, that you could not even eat the chips. Disappointing location!

Jared was the most helpful as this was mine & my friends 1st but NOT last time here he walked us all the different things. Their men have to offer even give us a small samples to taste because of our different pallets. We had & very much enjoyed our once a month lunch meeting up & looking forward to trying more items on the menu

I ordered a burrito and salad and did not get a burrito at all, not happy because I love Moe's and wish I got my burrito, pay attention! Couldn't come back I was hungry, pay attention to orders ok

Great food, amazing service. I usually order it on uber eats but I've been missing out with the salsa bar and sauces. Can't recommend it more if you're in the area.

We come to the Moes Hendersonville location quite often. It is normally pretty good; however a couple of times recently, including this evening around 7 p.m., they were out of a bunch of stuff. Wife ordered a bowl and both kinds of rice were both at the bottom of the pan, with none on the way in the immediate future. She got the cilantro lime rice and because they were trying to conserve, portion was very small and it had been there so long it was crunchy. They were out of corn salsa, peppers and onions, pico and almost out of lettuce. When I saw this, I passed on getting anything. However since they had made my wife's bowl already we paid for it. She ordered a soft drink and they waer out of both diet coke and coke zero. So, we sat down for my wife to eat and me to watch and the rice was so crunchy she could not eat her bowl. Probably be a while before we are back.
