Don’t go there, order cheeseburger and strawberry slushy. They remade my burger, my burger was slipping and was gross. Spoke to the manager he had an attitude. My strawberry slushy tasted like straight up dye. The worst sonic I ever been and won’t go back!

Takes forever to get food. And they hardly ever get your order 100 percent right. Tonight they put the wrong sauce in the bag. We let them know and the lady said she'd run them out. 4 people came out and delivered food. So we had to tell them again and after a few minutes somone finally came out. Shouldnt take 15 minutes for them to fix something so simple.

The staff at this location do not understand the basic tenets of customer service. The order taker messed up a part of our order, then didn't provide a receipt. The staff that delivered the order ignored us when we called out to her to ask her about the mix up. When we buzzed to ask about it, instead of making it right, the order taker said he could print off another receipt and we could pay for a new order. Also, the tea tasted rotten, so I don't think they clean their machines that often.

Don't go to this location, go to the one on New Shackle. Better customer service, and they actually get the order right most of the time.

The food that came out was gross. The sausage breakfast burritos had almost no eggs, one hard thin overcooked sausage patty and was mostly cheese. The burgers were like rubber and had everything on them when I ordered plain, just cheese and meat (kids didn’t eat because of this). We will not be back to this Sonic. I am so disappointed that I spent almost $30 on gross food. Never ever again.

Don’t even try to order ched R Bites here because they don’t know what ched R bites even are. Pull up to the drive through, told them I wanted a cherry lime aid and CHED R BITES. They said okay we’ll be out. They come out I seen that they didn’t give me my cherry lime and they given me cheddar Jalapeños. I explained to the girl that I didn’t get my correct order. They come back out with the cherry lime aid but they bring out cheddar jalapeños again… I explained to the girl that I wanted the ched r bites… then she said oh sorry we thought you said Cheddar jalapeños we’ll get you what you want then leaves. Wait fifteen minutes the girl comes back out hands me this long greet filled with tatter tots and nacho cheese…. I finally just gave up because I was appalled at what she given me. Don’t go here it’s obviously a flipping joke just to get CHED R BITES.

I ordered two triple smash burgers on February 25, 2025, and have been vomiting all night. Your food made me extremely sick, and I believe I have food poisoning. Please do not come here if you want to get sick. I am reporting you the food health department.

Went at 8:12 tonight and first 2 spots I pulled into screens were black and didn’t work. 3rd spot we pulled into worked, activated the red button, and Beep! Five minutes later the car beside me pulled away without service being done. The truck to the right of me pushed their button a second time. Still nothing… no hold on, bare with us we are short staffed, our screen still says “red button activated! “ ok, it works so what’s the deal? I see a girl with headset inside thru the covered window. I see a guy as well. So there’s some staff. (My husband wants to pull away, I say be patient they may just be low staffed.) the truck beside us activates button again! A man on the other side of building walks to the front and I can’t see any more of what he does except him anger walking back to his car and then speeding away around the building and exiting behind us. None of the 5 cars here have had service. My husband then makes me aware the time is now 8:31 and patience is no longer an option! We are leaving. (Sign still says red button activated!) At 8:36 after 19 minutes of no service at all to us, or any other person there, we leave. This is very discouraging because I am patient, but someone could politely have stated they knew we were there but bear with them they are low staffed or a machine is down. I could have chosen to stay or go. Now I’m left with a doubt if future visits, and if my husband has a choice, we won’t go there for a year! Sad.
