I ordered two triple smash burgers on February 25, 2025, and have been vomiting all night. Your food made me extremely sick, and I believe I have food poisoning. Please do not come here if you want to get sick. I am reporting you the food health department.

Went at 8:12 tonight and first 2 spots I pulled into screens were black and didn’t work. 3rd spot we pulled into worked, activated the red button, and Beep! Five minutes later the car beside me pulled away without service being done. The truck to the right of me pushed their button a second time. Still nothing… no hold on, bare with us we are short staffed, our screen still says “red button activated! “ ok, it works so what’s the deal? I see a girl with headset inside thru the covered window. I see a guy as well. So there’s some staff. (My husband wants to pull away, I say be patient they may just be low staffed.) the truck beside us activates button again! A man on the other side of building walks to the front and I can’t see any more of what he does except him anger walking back to his car and then speeding away around the building and exiting behind us. None of the 5 cars here have had service. My husband then makes me aware the time is now 8:31 and patience is no longer an option! We are leaving. (Sign still says red button activated!) At 8:36 after 19 minutes of no service at all to us, or any other person there, we leave. This is very discouraging because I am patient, but someone could politely have stated they knew we were there but bear with them they are low staffed or a machine is down. I could have chosen to stay or go. Now I’m left with a doubt if future visits, and if my husband has a choice, we won’t go there for a year! Sad.

Every time I've gone to this sonic, I've been unimpressed with the food quality, but today, it puts it over the edge. I went and ordered some dinner for my family. When I got home with it, I unwrapped my burger, only to find the bun was moldy. This is unacceptable. At first, I thought, ok, maybe they just didn't notice because it was the bottom bun. NO, the bun was clearly laid down bottom side up and grilled. Someone had to grab the bun and put it down mold side up and thought to themselves, "eh no big deal," and made a burger out of it. Disgusting and inexcusable. I'm never eating here again, and I'd recommend you don't either. Congrats, sonic, for pulling the literal first reviews of my life.

Chicken sandwhich had almost no chicken in it just overcooked breading. Tasted like cardboard. My husband had a burger that had a moldy bun, mind you the bun was toasted so someone had to have seen that it was moldy while making it. I don't trust the food safety of this place. Don't try it.

Super slow ,and both drinks I ordered taste like old flat sodas. No strawberries in the strawberry limeade and the food is cold .and after waiting for 14 min for 2 simple orders the food shouldn't be cold at all not to mention they weren't busy.

Ordered a #1 Sonic burger only got plain burger for $ 8 .49 ?? I usually do not complain I also have a tip, check your food before you leave.

Smaller portions that all other Sonics I have visited. Have had really bad customer service experiences several times. The app only works about 50% of the time to order.

Consistently the slowest Sonic I've ever been to. Food and drinks are fine when you get them.

Update: the app works about 50% of the time. When it doesn't and you're 5 minutes late for happy hour pricing, they "can't honor it" even when they know the app is borked. Not super helpful...

They served my child a milkshake with spoiled milk. And told me they machine was cleaned weekly and if she didn't like the taste of spoiled milk. Then oh well. I hope you ready for a lawsuit. And u can thank ur employee, Chloe

I went there to order the double cheeseburger that they had on special, I Diogo on line because this is what the text said. TODAY: $1.99 Qtr Pound Double Chzburgers w/ code TASTY in the SONIC App/online. Must log in or mention at the drive-in 12/28. Lmt 5. +Tax/addons Txt STOP to end. “NOTICE it said OR MENTION AT THE DRIVE-IN.” The girl taking my order said it had to be through app. I read the above text they sent me. After she asked her other coworkers she still said it had to be ordered through the app. I got so frustrated and I left and went to another Sonic that actually understands what I was saying. The staff needs to be better trained and know each day what specials they have.
