I just left this Taco Bell on this Friday night, and they were slammed. People coming in the restaurant as well as a line of cars that you’d expect at 10 o’clock on Friday night. I don’t know their names, it was a girl and a guy at the window, and they remained so professional and kind throughout the rush of a late night filled with Taco Bell cravings
The girl ran to make sure people got their orders just a bit quicker, showing true dedication to doing a good job. I’ve seen people before walk and pout, but these two worked so hard.
Management, I want to say you did well hiring these two. I also want to say - give them some help to handle the rush on these types of nights.
If you’re hungry (or hangry), I get it, it’s annoying to wait. But I hope everyone understands that handling a dinner rush with only 1-2 people taking orders is stressful.
5 stars for them, and I hope you get the recognition for your hard work now and in the future.

A typical taco bell restaurant. I can't say much about the inside because I used the drive through. It had been a hectic weekend with lots going on and I hadn't had a chance to eat much...so off to the Bell I went for a late night Mexican pizza. I little sloppy in the presentation, but what can I really expect. One of the better, cleaner chain restaurants...Hendersonville tends to be better as these places go.

First off the tacos didn't have any meat the cinnamon twists smelled like paint thinner wanted to throw up burritos were smaller than usual horrible experience will never go back.

If i could give it 0 stars I would. I had to wait for my food and when I got it, it wasn't even fresh. It was barely any meat in any of my food. My fries were luke warm. Only thing that was hot was my liquid cheese. The service was good but food was terrible!! I will not visit again.

Used to come here 3 or 4 times a week for like a year straight. Was always alright, I mean your standard Taco Bell experience depending on who was working. But about a month or two ago the quality absolutely plummeted. Every single time I go there I get a chalupa shell that might as well be a chip bc it’s been left out for who knows how many days. Same thing with the tacos. And what is actually going on with the steak now? It’s like a salt soup with meat in it now. Whoever is making the godawful tragedies needs to go. I have been having to go to McDonald’s and they’re almost as bad, just know I’m not consuming something that has been out for days. Today I gave it 1 more chance after a couple weeks of not going and somehow this was the worst experience. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location ever again. I am disgusted. If anyone wants my meal it will be in the local dump, as I’m tossing every bit of this rock food. I do not want to even know what the sanitation level is like. Horrible, just horrible.

I wanna shout out the ladies working the morning/noon shift for always being so kind and making the food and service great. I am definitely a regular and while no fast food restaurant or crew can be perfect, I think these gals working this shift are great. Thank you again!

I just came through the drive-thru today at 6:30 and sit there for 28 minutes and only one car went through the drive-thru I had to make everybody in the Drive-Thru move so I could leave because I can't sit there for hours trying to get Taco
