Justin was the only employee at this location, Glenbrook, Hendersonville, TN. He did a great job of informing me at the drive thru so that I knew there would be a wait. He was taking orders and making them when that person pulled up at the window. He deserves a big raise!
I don't know why, but this Taco Bell seems to fill their tortillas with as much as it will hold. I appreciate this.

worst experience by far that i’ve been here. we didn’t get any ice in our drinks because the machine was broken, they didn’t fill up the nacho fries all the way and they were completely hard and cold.

Pretty much every time I've tried to come here since it's opening, it's a disaster. I always have to go to a different location further away for a normal experience instead of this one even though it's much closer to my house because I know this one will be much more trouble than it's worth. Night shift will ignore you at the speaker if you're there within 1-2 hours of closing, they will absolutely never get your order even somewhat right, they lock the doors at night so you have to wait in a long unmoving line to correct your food. Nearly every visit I've had is completely regretted. Don't even bother, just drive the extra miles to the Goodletsville location, they are much more professional/capable/normal.

I ordered in store to go. My mexican pizza was placed at the bottom of the bag under everything else. After arriving home I discovered a destroyed pizza. Never ordering here again. In addition, this store does not give receipts.

Besides the inflated prices since the lock downs, this TB serves up the menu like it should be made. Tacos are always full and made to order. To the management and team, keep up the good work. I drive out of my way to order from you. Other locations don't care about preparing their meals like you see in the advertising. You have earned my taco business. Thank you!
