What happened to getting good service in a restaurant?

Brought guests in from out of town after telling them how good the food was.

Unfortunately, the service was so bad that they didn’t really enjoy their meals. It wasn’t just the waitress, it was the bartenders, and the servers.

Everybody just seemed clueless and looked like they didn’t want to be there. Not sure if it’s a training issue, or personnel.

This may look like ordinary food based on the menu, but I assure you it is not! Everything is well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The chicken tenders and fries are absolutely delicious! Additionally, the service is great AND fast.

We ate at The Local Hendersonville for the first time and had an amazing experience! We visited at lunch, and we were immediately greeted as we entered the restaurant and promptly taken to our table. Our server was super friendly and helpful with the menu. Our food was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend The Local Hendersonville, and I look forward to dining here again soon!

Well, you can’t beat the local farm flavor of the chips and seasonal dips. Plus, Lexi is the absolute bestest at catering to your every need. Marissa, is wonderful - and even Brittany will even play hurt (meaning, she smears the mud and blood off and gets back into the game - even when sporting an injury). Thank you, Jeff, for managing the evening. But my tips and hat’s off to Lexi and Marissa. Do yourself a huge favor and come on out and see her. She’ll take care of you in the best way imaginable. Plus, if you do anything, make sure it’s a Tuesday night with Eric Blankenship! Best ambiance, authenticity, and good, ole American fun!!

I had a really good burger and enjoyed the live band.

I went during lunch hour to inquire about the menu and who would be playing this weekend. There were no other customers there. The hostess would not give me any information whatsoever. She said I would have to go on line to inquire about the entertainment and menu, even though I was standing right there!!
