Shana is amazing, and her sidekick! Such a wonderful duo. The place is a wonderful experience, as well the special latte she makes for me because my partner and I are constantly in the hospital. I just love you Shana, for everything you always do for me, and us!

Great coffee at this place, I’ll stop in there for coffee even if I don’t have a doctor appointment or any other reason to be at the hospital. Love the frozen hazelnut turtle.

They have the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. They don't get your order correct. The ladies like to stand around and gossip vs making sure their customers food or drinks are correct. If you're an over weight person please stay away. You will hear them talk about their customers badly and talk about if someone is over weight they don't need to be eating certain food that they may have ordered. Yes ladies I have personally hear you talk about me.They are very rude people and not professional at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. To be honest I have been going to this coffee shop for 15yrs and over the last year it has become the WORST place not only are the prices ridiculous but the employees make it even worse.

This is the absolute worse place ever!! The customer service sucks. The ladies that work here gossip all the time about their customers. They talk about their customers infront of other customers. They would rather talk than worry about getting customers food or drinks correct. I have been a customer for 15 yrs and I would've recommend them but over this last year since their previous staff walked out, I can not stand to go and get coffee from them. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I wish their previous employees had been treated differently and respected so they would still be there.
The two workers there are not friendly, for that alone I should give one star. Customer service is key to go business.

Worked at Summit ED for a few years and have always loved ordering from them. Working in the ED there are countless hard days and it is always refreshing to snag a quick coffee from these enthusiastic employees. There are many new employees that started at Hot Shots and they are fantastic people. You guys keep us fueled to save lives. Thank you

Had an issue a couple weeks ago, but management resolved it with care. If you’ve had a problem here recently, give them another try. They have a new staff.

Went today at 4:05 and got in line for a sandwich and after a few minutes was told they were closed. But sign says they don’t close until 5pm. If you’re going to close early don’t put a sign out saying closed at 5 and then not honor it. Very bad service.

These ladies are AMAZING and the service is just OUTSTANDING! The food and coffee beverages are OH MY GOD, SO DELICIOUS!
