I'm typically not a fan of the chain coffee shops but this one is AMAZING!! First of all, the coffee is the best I've ever had but the main reason is the way the company operates and the STAFF!!! Regardless of time of day or weather, they are always happy, friendly and accommodating. As for the company I will forever be loyal. My son was screaming while I was ordering, the young girl taking my order ran to go grab him the milk I ordered and waited for me to pour it in his sippy and took the cup back to throw away. She obviously did not have to do any of that and I am so grateful she did because the line was long and it allowed me to wait in line without a screaming baby. Every time I’ve gone to the Wichita Falls location I’ve always had above and beyond customer service.
They made an event for a swag day in Dyer Indiana that said March 15. Turns out it was the weekend before. When I contacted them about it, their response was ‘we’ll keep this in mind for the next time we announce swag day’. Keep what in mind? That you put the wrong date on an event?! Brand new location and clearly has zero customer service. No thanks.
