Our steaks were very low quality and not cooked properly. The chips with our artichoke dip was burn. The management only took 12 dollars off of our 80 dollars bill when the only things that were good was the salad, cheese sticks and broccoli.

We had a pleasant experience at Applebee's in Hixson, thanks to our server Gary, who provided quick service. The food arrived promptly, and although the queso was a bit runnier than we prefer, it still tasted okay. The Tex-Mex shrimp bowl and chicken quesadilla salad were both tasty, and the triple chocolate melt was a delightful dessert. Just a friendly tip for servers: if you smoke, please make sure not to smell like it when serving customers.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Wait staff and hostess were both EXTREMELY rude to my fiancée and I. Our waiter didn't give us an opportunity to look at the menu for drinks before he asked just my fiancée what she would like while completely ignoring me. Brought both of us water, but we were so appalled by how rudely we had been treated, we ended up walking out before ordering anything else. Will never come back to this location.
