Was seated quickly and our waiter at first seemed like he would be very attentive. But quickly went down hill. Ordered 2 margaritas when we ordered our meal. The meal took a while to get out but was delicious. But our margaritas didn't come out until well after we were finished eating. Not sure if they didn't know how to make the drinks, but they were not good and I gave mine away to my partner to finish. Overall not a good experience.

The last 4 times I went I've had problems between the service, food or the wait. This last time I went, tonight 10/30/25, I got there at 7pm, ordered about 7:15, and we waited. After a little bit my mom, sister, her husband and my kids got their food and I waited. The waiter said they made it to go and it sat back there and got cold. Then when they brought a fresh plate out I couldn't eat it cause everyone was done and wanted to pay. When I DID get to eat it, it was at home and it was cold. I was upset cause I was the one out of us who wanted to eat. Overall bad experience for me again.

3rd time in a row I’ve had to go inside and grab my food myself. This time the carside guy literally walked out, stared at the cars in the carside parking lot, and then just walked back inside without saying a word to any of us. Maybe don’t have a sign on to go orders that says “please don’t take food out of here yourself” if you’re not going to bring the food outside to people.

The food taste like it’s frozen and heat up in microwaves. The quality of ingredients has gone drastically downhill. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the food sucks.

The last few times i've been to this restaurant.I have ordered the same steak to be cooked the same way. It is never cooked correctly.

Our steaks were very low quality and not cooked properly. The chips with our artichoke dip was burn. The management only took 12 dollars off of our 80 dollars bill when the only things that were good was the salad, cheese sticks and broccoli.
