Hi guys, I’m never ever someone who usually writes a review, however I feel the need to do so after what my husband and I witnessed while we were eating dinner tonight. I know that my husband and I got to the location approximately 35-45 minutes prior to closing, so maybe that played a role with tension in the environment, however with me having experience as a server in restaurants, I know very well that you shouldn’t be giving an attitude to a client let alone be arguing/yelling at your employees, especially when there’s customers in your building hearing EVERYTHING.
I didn’t get the lady’s name , unfortunately but I’m going to be assuming it was the lead or manager who was closing tonight. When she was taking our order , I just wanted to make sure she understood that on one of our orders we wanted just lettuce and the other order the lettuce and tomato. She responded with a little bit of sass saying she knew but she needed to order things up separately. I held my tongue and proceeded to just wait for our drinks .
Later after we received our food and began eating , my husband and I began to hear an argument beginning to go on in the back and it got VERY LOUD and it definitely made us feel uncomfortable. I understand there can be tension with closing, or maybe there has been tension already in between employees. Point is, it isn’t right to be yelling at your employees especially when there’s customers present. One of the employees , we believe named Jason, noticed we were in a bit of a shock from what we were hearing and he was so kind and apologetic about it all. It’s not fair for your employees and it’s not fair to your customers. Just treat others with more kindness and respect when you are a manager/lead and vice versa as an employee. It will reflect the kind of business you represent.

If you're looking for healthier options, this would be a good place to go. I really enjoyed the chicken salad and Mac and cheese.
I love the new bread! Wow! I got the Fancy Nancy sandwich today and it was delicious!

This was my first time eating at Chicken Salad Chick on 7/15/24 Hamilton Place Mall area. The employees were patient and nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere inside of the restaurant. The newspaper article of the company was very informative. I enjoyed the seasonal salad, s'more rice crispy treat, watermelon tea, and strawberry lemonade. They had quality service and cleaned the areas when the customers left.

I just learned that when paying for the food, when the tip menu comes up and I tip because the cashier was extremely helpful…I just found out that the tip goes to the STORE directly. And NOT TO THE EMPLOYEES. Greedy greedy greedy owners!! I’m not tipping you, nor would I. What a horrible practice. If I am forced to go back here, I’ll make sure I bring cash to hand to the people I want tipped, though I doubt I will return

They have the BEST chicken salad on a croissant!!❣️
We each got a scoop of the Dixie Chick. This is what I always get (at a different location). Usually it just has an onion flavor, but you don’t actually feel the onions. This time, the onions were cut in very large pieces. Not a huge deal, but not nearly as good. But the worst part of the experience was the pickle. It tasted like it had been soaked in a chemical of some sort. It was terrible- kind of like a strong hand sanitizer taste. Hopefully it wasn’t anything dangerous, but it definitely wasn’t what a pickle should be soaked in. Disappointing experience from one of our favorite restaurants.

The kid in the drive through tonight mumbled,couldn't hear or understand him. Didn't thank me at the window. No mini cookie w order either.
We’ve been to this restaurant twice, once we dined in and the second time was drive thru. Both times were not that long of a wait, we went at a little after lunch time and in the early evening around 7pm. The service was great, and the food was really good. I like the Dixie Chicken salad and the grape salad ?
