“I'm not sure who's idea it was to bring 3 monstrous boxes of cookies to our little hospital (Memorial Hixson) but I have to tell you I was so overwhelmed that day, almost in tears until the ER Nurse arrived with our box of cookies. I just have to say it was so appreciated!!!! Thank you for your kind act!!!“

“I can really only speak for the East Brainerd location since that is the only place I go. But they're soooo kind. It's a warm environment even if cookies weren't baking. ^_^ I don't even mind just watching while waiting for my cookies on a busy day.“
