Jack's is one of my favorite places to eat! But this time I stopped at the one on Hixson pike and ordered my favorite meals ,two piece with a biscuit. a wing and breast with sweet tea to drink and they informed me that they didn't have any breasts ready but they had thigh's and drum sticks and other dark meat piece's ready! They wasn't real busy, I don't feel like there was any excuse for being out of breasts!!

I got the 2 piece chicken dinner the mashed potatoes with gravy was cold and every time I get sweet tea my ice is always melted by the time I get home with it. The biscuit was a little hard to as well.

Ok so I have an awful memory but I want to say Garret ? The manager on 2/19/24 around 8pm needs a raise! My son loves jacks but they have some of the rudest people at night I hate going there but tonight this man was so friendly and really just made the experience so much better! Yall better promote him!!

So Jack's has employed a elderly lady who doesn't know how to do the job, not being mean or cruel but waiting a 20 minutes on my break for a snack deal isn't good business. Another guy before me waited 45 minutes.The poor lady can barely move but doesn't like employees to help her so they leave her to struggle out front because she's so mean when they try to help. She's not the friendliest person either. The managers elderly mom should not be running the front line when she can hardly remember how to do her jobs after months of working at Jacks. The service has gotten horrible. Jacks, let her wipe tables or something but whatever you do get her off frontline.
The food is good when you can get it! I stop here almost everyday. My dog loves the burgers, I get the chicken. For the past month, half of the time, they don't have chicken. 15-20 minute wait on chicken! It's always after 5 when I am on my way home from work. Hopefully something can be done to fix this.

I give up on this place for now. Can only put up with having to go back through because wrong order so many times. Not had my order right on first try in over a month. Foods generally good, just can't get my order done right. And it's just plain burgers, I've got picky eaters at home. It wouldn't even be an issue if the food was for me. Just time consuming slow line, extra so when your orders wrong and you have to go back through or go in. Or go home to a bunch of grumpy people.TLDR, Service needs improvement. Orders are wrong overwhelming majority of the time.

Worst customer service! Ordered food online through their website- not only did it take over 30 mins past the estimated delivery time, but they left out several items. When I called them for a refund they refused and hung up on me. I called again, and they hung up on me 2 more times. Rude! This isn't how you treat customers!
