My husband went and got us biscuits and gravy and some other stuff when he got off and those biscuits were hard and dry and then I tried calling back and something is wrong with there phone the manager couldn’t here me and the phone kept hanging up

To the man who appeared to be the shift manager this evening. Your location is open until 10. Customers arriving at 9:30 should not be made to feel they are a burden to your efforts to close the store. You were obviously not happy that we were dining in. You made it a point to inform us that the store was closing in 30 minutes. You never expressed appreciation for our business though you had at least two opportunities to do so. We helped to pay part of your salary tonight. Perhaps...

I could honestly eat here every day..
The people are awesome, and the main foods/shakes are always amazing. The last few times I've went here though, the pies were so burnt (or old?) you couldn't even tell what was inside of them. I actually have a picture of one where the cream cheese in the pie looks like brown sugar.. If they fixed that this place would literally be perfect.
