“I'm typically not a fan of the chain coffee shops but this one is AMAZING!! First of all, the coffee is the best I've ever had but the main reason is the way the company operates and the STAFF!!! Regardless of time of day or weather, they are always happy, friendly and accommodating. As for the company I will forever be loyal. On one particular visit, I wanted to try another coffee flavor but was skeptical, they offered me a small coffee at NO CHARGE!! It is now my favorite, and I get one every morning!! And yesterday, their system was down and they were only taking gift cards and cash. I was told if I didn't have either, they would give me a small coffee FREE!!!! This company and their staff have forever have a loyal customer in me!! Thank you Hixson!!!!“

“Perfection. Just lovely food, people, service and more. Their fall special squash soup and pumpkin spice latte are heavenly. I literally started reviewing as I'm enjoying it and I have never done that in my years of giving stars. Just wonderful. I'm vegetarian and this place is healing. You absolutely, unequivocally, unmistakably MUST come by and grab something. I doubt they make a single bad thing, just from the incredible goodness I'm eating right now.“

“soooo good! I'm a traveling musician and it's always hard to find good vegan grub on the road but dang this spot was worth the pit stop for sure! I had the fish sandwich and carrot salad and i got one of evey desert they had just ya know.... for the road 😏. 10/10 ...that brownie set a whole new bar. My only complaint is that i wish yall were closer to Nashville ❤️🤘“

“If you’re in Chattanooga and love a well-crafted latte, Culture Coffee Co. is a must-visit! My wife and I stopped by on our way home to Norris, TN and tried the Irish Jig latte—an incredible mix of cinnamon, maple, nutmeg, Irish cream, and more. It was smooth, flavorful, and just the right balance of spice and sweetness. Easily one of the best seasonal drinks I’ve ever had! The shop itself has a great vibe—cozy, inviting, and perfect for grabbing a cup to-go or enjoying a seat there. Their attention to quality and detail in every cup is very clear, and the branding is on point. If you’re a coffee lover, put Culture Coffee Co. at the top of your list. Highly recommend stopping by!“

“The employee Bob at the Smoothie King in Hixson, TN definitely deserves a large appreciation/raise for his customer service. This was mt first time I have been to Smoothie King so of course I was confused. He took his time to explain all of my options with what I was looking for. He even had me park in the front of the building so he could provide me samples so I could get the perfect smoothie for myself! He also kindly went inside without saying anything and made my son a smoothie. This was the best experience I have ever had as far as customer service! I recommend 1000/10“
