This is the best pho I’ve had in Chattanooga in a while. We also got their fried egg rolls (which were SO GOOD) and a banh mi. All the food was amazing. They have great prices. And the restaurant is clean. It’s not fancy but that’s not an issue. It’s exactly what it needs to be. Would highly recommend. The pho was so good I ate it all before I thought to take pictures of the food. The service was fantastic and quick! 3 of us ordered a total of two phos, one banh mi, one fried eggrolls, and one spring rolls and it took probably 10-12 minutes to get our food. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The restaurant was not busy when we went.

Food was delish! Service not so much. There were 3 of us, all ordered at the same time but there was almost a 20 minute gap in between our food being brought to the table. Hope they were just understaffed. We would love to try again. 🤞🏼

We do NOT normally eat in restaurants, but I had to go here. If I tell everyone how awesome this food is, I won't be able to find a good parking spot. After our first visit, we started going weekly. The young man at the counter is always pleasant and helpful. The PHO is the BEST I've had in Chattanooga. Milk Tea and salad rolls are really good.
Vegetarian options: Maybe a few things would be vegan, maybe?
Dietary restrictions: Not a place for dietary restrictions.
Kid-friendliness: Not a place for chicken nuggets and french fries.

The Pho was the best in town, but not enough rice noodles. If they gave about 1/3 more, I would have gave them 5 stars on food.
Kid-friendliness: Yeah, if they like noodles and veggies.
Coming from California, this will hit the spot for pho cravings. Especially for the options in town. The chicken bahn mi was one of the best we’ve had. The pho broth tasted fresh and a little fatty. The meat was good, and the fresh rolls were really good. We substituted the shrimp for tofu and it did not disappoint. Wish there were less plastic utensils like the spoons but that’s a personal preference obviously.

Update: The Bahn Mi is also very good, I suggest the grilled pork patty or shredded chicken Bahn Mi. Both are excellent.
And the Pho is still a deep rich beef broth like you would expect from traditional Pho. Very good, and the veggies were fresh and tasty. My pic is after I loaded in my veggies, Hoisin and Sriracha, just the way I like it. Sample the broth before you do. It's excellent, I just plus it up to how I like mine.
The spring rolls were also on point with plenty of thai basil flavor.
Back in trying the other specials next.
