Honestly the best pho to be had here in Chattanooga! The noodles are soft, never chewy/ undercooked and the meat is tender: never tastes old/frozen. The broth is well balanced, pretty clear broth. The supreme bahn mi is also a quality mention and the egg rolls are not greasy and crisp. One of my fav places to eat if shopping around hixson.

I went for the first time with my boyfriend and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and came to the table quickly. The prices were fair. We tried the fried egg rolls, and they were so crunchy and good! The owners were so nice and friendly. Very welcoming space. I highly recommend. I feel like this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have ever tried.

Food so good I just HAD to review! Our food pics are after we’d had a few bites, apologies for that. As soon as you enter, you realize this is probably going to be good. The smell in the restaurant is wonderful, lemongrass and basil. Husband had the pho (the one that doesn’t have tripe). It was delicious, and we appreciated the sliced pickled garlic that was on the table along with the usual chilis. I had the bun chan and I was so pleased with my choice. The pork and egg roll were rich, and the noodles and veggies and sauce were bright. It was a perfect combination. We will be back!
This place is exceptional! The gentleman taking orders is very knowledgeable of the menu and gave some really good suggestions. I’ve tried quite a few Pho places and this is very high on my list. They gained some regular customers tonight!

From the minute I walked into Kim Kitchen and saw Má in the kitchen, I knew the food was going to be phenomenal. And it absolutely was.
The pho is liquid gold. Rich, deeply flavorful, and clearly made with love and patience. Every bite felt authentic and comforting, the kind of food that warms you from the inside out.
In my honest opinion, Kim Kitchen is the best Vietnamese restaurant in all of Chattanooga. If you are looking for real, soulful Vietnamese food, this place is it. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

I am thrilled to have Kim Kitchen in Chattanooga. Their pho broth is simmered for hours in huge vats behind the counter, and their bahn mi are fresh and flavorful. They make their chili sauce and picked garlic fresh in house. The staff are welcoming and kind, and it seems to be a family run business. Walking into Kim Kitchen feels comforting and familiar, and they have beautiful decorations hung all around. Highly recommend for all lovers of Asian food and authenticity!!
