The boba tea we got was delightful and was made in a timely manner even tho there was only 1 worker there at the time. The ambiance of the place was very relaxing. And the staff was very helpful.

I wanted to surprise my wife with boba (her favorite). When we arrived they were closed when business hours said they’re open. Such a let down. Now we’ll have to get boba somewhere else.

We were really excited to come back to Panda Boba after a great first experience. We drove all the way from Chattanooga to Hixson, only to be disappointed. Their posted opening time was 12:00, but there was a small paper on the sign changing it to 12:30—no big deal. However, we arrived at 12:38, and the place was still closed. The lights were off, and their statue was still inside. We tried calling but got no answer.
It's frustrating to make the trip only to find the business isn't open when they say they will be. This isn't how you run a business, especially when people are going out of their way to visit. Very disappointed.
