I just ordered 6/25/26 a spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries and coke. The employee gave me a sprite instead and asked me if it was spicy or regular. I said spicy. Waited several minutes and was asked to pull up to next window to wait on fries that were cooking. Sure no problem. Waited for 3-4 more minutes which wasn’t a big deal because I was getting fresh fries. Another employee brought me my meal. Got home and the sandwich was not spicy like I ordered and had...

The food is at least always hot and tastes like good ole Popeyes, but the time it takes to get food at this location is so horrible. We always do a mobile order (probably 10-15 minutes before even arriving) but yet when we show up, we end up waiting in the drive through for almost 30 MINUTES! I consider this fast food and come here when I’m in a time crunch but now I can’t even trust that they’ll be quick enough if I’m in a hurry or something.
