Worst experience with a business ever. Management very unprofessional and rude (Sonya not sure if this is her correct name but is what was given) as well as the associate in the store. They made a mistake and refused to correct it. Instead, of displaying common proper customer service they displayed the opposite. I was made to feel as if my feelings didn't matter, and it was a privilege for them to provide a sloppy service to me.
