I questioned the cashier that this restaurant reminds me of Carricos in jackson. The marinara sauce taste like a song with a mexican seasoning, which definitely did not go with the pizza. I prefer Carricos in Jackson. I have eating there for several years and I love it..

First time here. LOVED IT! Visited Alamo and the kiddo wanted pizza. Where do you go for pizza between Alamo and Springville?? You go to Milano's! Something for everyone on this menu. Pizza was delicious. Sandwiches were delicious.

I ordered some hot wings extra crispy and they understood the assignment!! Wings were crispy and delicious 🤤 I highly recommend the young guy working was awesome too excellent customer service.

Me and my co worker went there to get lunch while we was in the area we are not from Humboldt. We both purchased chicken Alfredo! Well when we returned back to the job site. We started to eat the Chicken Alfredo and noticed that the chicken taste spoiled we threw it away in fear of getting food poison my co worker called and a lady answered the phone we was on speaker phone my co worker informed the lady about he issue and she only offered to give us a refund if we return the item my co worker told her that we had threw it in the garbage already. We had our receipts but she still refused to give refund.
Me and my co-worker was in the Humboldt area today and decided to go to Milano’s for lunch. We both purchased the chicken Alfredo. The chicken was sour. We threw it away because we didn’t want to get food poisoning. We called to report this and the lady wanted us to return the food before we could get a refund.

This is a great little "home style" pizza spot. I ordered a two topping 14" pizza and it was hot and fresh at the table in a little under 20 minutes. Melty cheese, crispy pepperoni and juicy sausage. The service was great and the dining area is well clean. There would be plenty of room here for a party.
