I order from Milano's online a lot. This time, I found a beef bullion wrapper IN MY FOOD. When I called to complain, I was transferred to a female that made a bunch of excuses and didn't seem to take my complaint seriously.

This is a great little "home style" pizza spot. I ordered a two topping 14" pizza and it was hot and fresh at the table in a little under 20 minutes. Melty cheese, crispy pepperoni and juicy sausage. The service was great and the dining area is well clean. There would be plenty of room here for a party.

Awful and unprofessional customer service. They are charging people an additional charge of $19.24 for a 14” pizza on their door dash app ($38 for a 14” pizza). I tried calling to discuss it with the owner and worker and they hung up on me twice. Door dash said it was something on their end and they couldn’t refund me back the money. So Milanos stole $19.24 from me and refused to listen to what happened. Instead, they hung up on me.
Been going to Milanos,when the closest one was in Somerville.Always great.

Milano's Pizza is inconsistent with quality. My advice to anyone ordering from milano's is to use the app called The Slice. They take great care of you. And they make sure that you are refunded when the quality of the order is incorrect. I ordered a large stuff meat pizza for $66.33. An hour later it's still had not been delivered. My husband went and picked up the order and it was cold. No explanation was given. No apology. The app , The Slice saved the day. The lady there was extremely apologetic and a refunded my money.
