Really good Mexican food!
Cozy little spot in Humboldt to eat fresh, authentic Mexican food. The servers are always friendly and our food is on the table in no time. Muy Bueno! 🌮

Mi Casita Jimenez Mexican Restaurant is a wonderful little neighborhood gem and family owned and operated. The food is as authentic as you want it to be, with delicious Mexican dishes served in hearty portions. The chips and salsa are excellent, the tacos are great, and the tortilla soup is loaded with chicken. A great big Torta on fresh bread was delicious. The menu is extensive, includes a vegetarian section, and offers very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is not fancy but feels like a family member's home. Service is quick, friendly, professional, and very concerned. It is a great place that keeps customers coming back.
