After a 6-year hiatus due to unsanitary conditions and lack of quality food at this restaurant, I recently revisited La Fiesta, and the culinary experience was a delightful surprise. The dishes, reminiscent of Grandma's cooking, exude authenticity. While prices may lean on the higher side, the quality justifies the expense, somewhat. The times I've ordered here, I opted for takeout, so I can't vouch for the dine-in experience, but the swift 10-15 minute wait for takeout is a definite plus. Ample parking and wheelchair accessibility add to the convenience. Kudos to the friendly, English/Spanish-speaking staff. Passing through? “This is one restaurant I thought I'd never go to eat at I don't normally like Mexican food but it was very very delicious and the service was even better to go and check it out if you want to you can tell him that my stomach said hello and it loves that food “
“Simple but tasty Quesadilla Renna with almost too many onions, melty cheese, and nicely grilled and seasoned mushrooms. Along with a Guacamole Salad with ChoriQueso that left my palate unsatisfied and wishing for more chorizo. The accompanying tortilla chips however are crispy and not oily and the service was excellent with a Margarita that is well constructed and actually has a good kick to it. Love the atmosphere! It's colorful and vibrant and radiates good energy. Even the Hostess up from did an amazing job.“
“Very good as usual. We miss the other store, its quite a bit out of the way to go to Thompson Farms however, the two locations were as different as daylight and dark. @Newer location: Food is better, service is quicker and the portions are larger.“
“Great food served by a beautifully energetic waitress in an authentic Mexican atmosphere. Perfect for a Taco Tuesday! The grilled Tilapia on a nice bed of shredded lettuce is fantastic and the flour tortillas are fresh and steamy. The choriqueso is a magnificent blend of cheese and spicy pork and it all made for a great lunch/dinner.“

“I discovered this restaurant doing a food delivery. It was very busy and everyone seemed to enjoying themselves. So my husband and I tried it. The food was amazing, the server was friendly and our wait time was as expected. This is our new favorite Mexican food restaurant in the Jackson, TN area“
“A little awkward coming through the door because of the seating "waiting" area I couldn't decide if I needed to sit to wait and be seated according to the sign or just stand there and make eye contact with the host. After getting the host attention and being seated at my choice of booth, I had to ask for a menu which was awkward again, but once I'd ordered the hostess delivered a decent but not great margarita and a Mi Casita Fajita that was absolutely delicious and so large I wasn't capable of finishing it. Each meat was flavored uniquely and had separate textures. The warmly wrapped tortillas were perfect as well. Even the rice ,beans, salad side dressing was above and beyond. All that, as well as lovely ladies providing table service and it's a five star dinner.“
