“The food was delicious. The atmosphere was pretty much a typical Chick Chick-fil-A.
Unfortunately, they forgot the ice cream so we had to turn around and come back. We did have a complicated order so I don’t think it’s terrible. I will still give them a good amount of stars.
However, it was quite a wait to get our food maybe about 15 minutes which I guess is not too bad. Overall speaking, but forgetting something on top of that was a bit frustrating, especially since we already left and had to come back. That being said they were very nice to quickly solve the problem.“

“Every time I’ve been to CSC, I’ve had all good experiences. The staff are always super friendly, and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than five minutes for my food. I sat down to get my food today and got my food within a minute. And for food, I highly recommend their Sassy Scotty, because it is absolutely delicious!“

“4/23 I stopped by to use the T-Mobile app because they sent me a promotion. I was having a difficult time trying to make it work. That’s when Breyana Horton came out to help.
She was very patient very friendly greeted me with a smile, and answered my questions. She did not make me feel like I was putting her out.
The employee before her had just finished helping a customer when I asked her for help. Instead of saying they don’t honor the promotion she said didn’t know. I thought this was very appropriate to say.
The entire staff was working and helping customers as they walked in if they weren’t in the back getting chicken orders ready they were out on the floor, cleaning the tables and mopping the floor
The entire staff seem to be working as a team one helping the other in different areas. I felt peaceful and relaxed that I decided to eat one of my meals in the store.
Meanwhile, the employees took their brakes and were covering each other during those breaks while I just listen and minded my own business.
I have to give Breyana a lot of credit as a general manager of the store because she runs a good crew. The food is fresh. The customers walked out of here, happy they interact with each other just because they feel the friendliness of the employees.
As for my order, I was asked to wait and I did. I was not in a hurry, but for waiting, I got fresh fries and chicken tenders, which was part of my order. I noticed Breyana takes pride and her chicken because she made sure all her employees know to provide a fresh meal for the customers
I hope somebody will recognize the hard work. Breyana does with her staff, and they recognize the employees on duty on this day.
I love KFC and I will make the drive here. I am here for 60 days.“

“The food here is usually pretty good but the service and the atmosphere in the Drive-Thru is ridiculous.. first of all when I pulled up to the window the little girl had no idea which order was mine she asked me for money and I had a mobile order and I told her no I've got a mobile order and she gets like an attitude with me and goes back in and then comes back with a drink and the drink was not supposed to have ice so I told her oh I'm sorry this wasn't supposed to have bite and she likes snatched the drink out of my hand and then when she brought it back she didn't give me a straw and I had to sit there and wait for her to come back to the window to ask for a straw and she gave me an attitude about that too the little girl working the drive-thru this is the 29th July 29th of 2025 and it was right before 5:30 so whoever was working that window is extremely rude and you can tell she doesn't want to be there...“

“My family and I stopped in here on a road trip and made a mobile order. We accidentally ordered from the wrong location. When this chick fil a realized the issue they called the other location to notify them then they promptly made my order and got us back on the road. They were so polite regardless that it was my mistake.“
