Came in today for my friends Birthday dinner with a party of 8. Our waitress was a female named Danya I think , this is our 2nd time having her. She was very rude the first time & second time today as well! She took her time coming to take our orders or to see what we wanted to drink. Never ever had a problem with an wait staff at Don Panchos all were very courteous & nice. very good food. we still laugh at paying almost $30.00 for two tacos and beans for two people with tax and tip.
My daughter and her friends ate here and that was all fine and she paid for her food with a debit card. Two days later, there was another charge from Don Pancho?? When I called the manager said that was impossible, even though I'm looking at the charge. So basically, they took 5 extra dollars off my childs card. Just be careful if you eat there because something is very wrong with this whole scenario. The other girls that ate with her weren't charged, just her. The manager offered...read full review
