“Today, March 29, 2025 at about 2:08 p.m we had a GREAT EXPERIENCE at Marble Slab Creamery located at 1032a Vann Drive in Jackson, TN 38305. Samantha T. was very NICE and PROFESSIONAL! She knew her job and she is good at it, she was patient with us. I did not know exactly what I wanted, she was attentive and courteous. THANKS Samantha T.! The world can take notes from you; it would be a better place if everyone had your kind demeanor. I would definitely recommend this place. The ice cream and the Great America cookies are PHENOMENAL!! Keep doing what you are doing!

“And their drive-thru can be a little confused and especially when they're coming out to collect money they're coming back to give you food and then you can't get out of the line you got to wait for the car in front of you and then you get up there and you tell him I already got my food and they're like what what I mean like they didn't listen at all instead of talking to other people they should be focusing on the customer I'm just saying“

“Love the food I got. My taco salad was ɓig. I ate on it till it was full got a white container and it was full to take home. One problem got appitizer after finish with food. It was fried green tomatoes. I ate all the food the next day.It was still great“

“Ordered ice cream, popcorn chicken, and a free large groovy fry at 7:15am.
It was out quickly, and fresh.
The mixins for the ice cream were perfectly distributed throughout, the fries were crispy, and the chicken was delicious.“

“So, I wanted to try this new queso wrap from Sonic Drive-in.
I didn't want to play with my hunger pains, so I asked for two wraps to be on a large wrap with extra chicken meat.
OKAY!
The taste was a good combination, but it needed a kick because the queso was a mild tasting cheese. I asked for some of the burrito sauce. That burrito sauce goes great with a lot of anything!!!
I liked how the texture of the american cheese, fried chicken strip, and real bacon bits made the queso not runny. The wrap is salty, so the next time I get it, Imma asks to substitute the american cheese with more queso cheese.
The service was standard and appeasing because they made my order the way I wanted. The server Megan was in the cold wind delivering that food!

“I had to pick slow service because NO SERVICE was not an option. My wife and I visited Sonic this afternoon about 5:30 pm. we pulled into the drive in to order, many spots were available all around the place, and we sat for almost 5 minutes behind a car that was at the order spot. After sitting waiting for the car to pull ahead, I rolled down my window and I could hear the driver of the car having a conversation with someone either in the car or on her cell. I honked and the driver rolled down the window and STARTED THEIR ORDER. I heard the attendant on the speaker say, "We are not taking orders now because we are short staffed". The driver said "If you are not taking orders, then just give me 3 Super Sonic Drinks". They pulled forward to the window and were served. As I pulled forward, I too was told they were not taking orders due to being short staffed. So, I thought, I will order the two drinks we stopped for, just as the car ahead of me, but no, I was again told, "We are not taking orders". So, I see car hops taking orders out to cars, remember, there are SEVERAL open spots, so I pulled from the drive through over to an empty spot and pushed the little red button. Again, I was told the same, "Not taking orders". At this point, after having seen cars getting orders, I just sat and watched for a few minutes and their "Short Staffed" issue became much more evident. Every car hop that walked out with an order were either on their phone talking or what looked like they were texting while slowly walking to the few cars that were there . I have always been told that a business will grow or shrink due to their ability to handle their business. With that being said, if the owners and/or managers do not get a handle on the rampant phone use, they might as well close the Vann Drive location. I have no idea if the kitchen staff was at full force, but seeing at least 3 different car hops, and only about 10 cars, including me, I wonder if it is a case of "The inmates running the Asylum." It's sad when you can't even get 2 Sweet Teas at a Sonic Drive Thru!“
