Redbone's Grill & Bar serves up authentic Cajun cuisine that's hard to find elsewhere. The Crawfish Etouffee remains a standout dish. Guests have enjoyed the fried alligator appetizer, the bourbon glazed pork chop, and the hot boiled shrimp. The Po Boys are very good, with perfect French bread and remoulade. The Cesar salad with grilled chicken and the black and blue salad are also very good. The newer chef is amazing and the food is spectacular and always super fresh. The service is good and the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The manager is very accommodating and the bartender is the sweetest. The atmosphere is lively, especially with entertainment that is every bit as good as Nashville. Redbone's is a must-visit for a great dining experience.
