Wait until after you’ve paid and they bring your stuff out to tell you they’re out of something, then don’t answer the intercom when you buzz in to tell them what you want it replaced with. When finally getting the attention of the carhop who brought my order out, I was pretty much told sucks for you you’ll have to wait until someone answers. Almost an HOUR later I finally got someone, and she did not want to deal with replacing my missing items even in the slightest.
