Starbucks in Jackson

“I have only gone to this location for drinks so I can't comment on the food. I always purchase my drinks on the app so all I have to do is go in and get my drinks. If the drive-thru is slow I use it. The drinks are always made correctly and ready when I arrive. The employees always greet me with a smile and a good attitude. I will return to this location.“

“I accidentally ordered my drink at the wrong Starbucks location — it was completely my mistake. But when I explained the situation to the staff at this store, they kindly made my drink for me anyway. I was so grateful and it really made my day.“

“I didn’t catch her name, but older black lady was working. We got two medicine balls and a pink drink. Never been a fan on medicine ball, get them to help though. I got home and tried it, told my husband that was the best medicine ball I’ve ever had was so good. Then bout 10 minutes later, my daughter came out of her room and said that was the best pink drink she has ever had( she gets them often). She was very friendly also and did a great job overall“

“I was wondering is there any truck parking but when I zoom in on Google Maps however I was able to manage my truck parking on shoulder Justin in front of the shop , i walked in a, gentleman, white person he greets and helped me . I like the way he treated well to a trucker . Had a great experience now I wish to be your regular customer..“
