Starbucks in Germantown

“I’ve been meaning to write this review for months because this Starbucks has been my go-to for the past two years, and every single visit reminds me why.

The drinks are always great, but it’s truly the people who keep me coming back.

Tonight I walked in about 10 minutes before closing after getting off work, feeling awful for coming in so late. Instead of making me feel like a burden, the team immediately smiled, welcomed me and Diesel, and told us we were always welcome. They even remembered that I usually get a water and a pup cup for Diesel and had them ready along with my order. Seeing them remember both of our names absolutely made my night.

What makes it even more special is that these weren’t even the partners I see every day. The kindness, consistency, and genuine hospitality from the entire crew is something you don’t find everywhere.

A special thank you to the store manager, Jia Elle (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!). She is one of my favorite people to see when I stop in. I make a lot of quick Starbucks runs during stressful workdays, and she always finds a way to make me laugh and brighten my day. That kind of customer service can’t be taught—it’s just who she is.

Thank you to everyone at this Starbucks for always making both me and Diesel feel so welcome. You all have created such a warm, friendly environment, and it’s one of the reasons I’ll continue choosing this location. We appreciate you more than you know! 🤍☕🐾“

“The best Kroger Starbucks hands down. There are tons of seating options and it’s own separate area from Kroger with an outdoor section in addition. The employee that was there this morning was so kind. She compelled me to try Starbuck‘s new raspberry cold foam. I was going to get the vanilla cold foam, but I am so glad she gave me the option! If I didn’t like it, she would make me a new drink. She was a genuinely kind and caring employee, welcoming me right as I walked up to the counter!“

“The Starbucks inside Oak Court mall was great. First off I never ever heard of a pupamocha... learned that was true but no my pup will not ever get it, Starbucks Is all for me. Then here's the BEST PART, so my sister and I both love medibombs but a lot of Starbucks don't have all the ingredients, they Had the medicine ball and again we were some very satisfied customers. “I read the reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect. I actually had a great experience here. I ordered a cold brew among other things and when I tasted it, something was off. I let the staff know and they promptly made me a new drink at no charge before they even tasted the cold brew themselves. They didn’t question me at all. They tasted their cold brew after and confirmed something was definitely not right with it. Everything we ordered was right and they were super friendly.“
