“This was about the only place open after the winter storm. We were traveling through the area staying at a hotel nearby. Food was good and I was very grateful something was open nearby since the secondary roads were awful and we were towing our RV.“
“I pulled up to the Taco Bell on North Highland in Jackson Tennessee. It was one car in line I was like cool. I ordered my food pulled up and sat in line. When I realized I was in line for 15mins and neither vehicle had been attended to. I just pulled off. I thought it was a fast food place. It doesn't take 15mins to make anything there. I was so disappointed. So if you are in a hurry/rush. Don't stop at the North Highland Taco Bell you will be left disappointed“
“I was letting a random number generator and whatever number it landed on that lined up to where it was positioned on TripAdvisor decide where I ate while I was in Jackson. It landed on this taco bell. What I originally ordered wasn’t that great,I think they were out of some of the items for the burrito, but she gave me an extra one that was fantastic. The person at the window never said anything as to why I got an extra burrito. I didn’t notice until I parked and checked out the bag. The backup burrito was great and seemed like they tried to make it right. Although if they would’ve said something I would’ve just said make me two of those. The pepper jack steak burrito I ordered was terrible, but the backup burrito was fantastic. The girl at the window seemed sweet so everything is fine.“
“The new manager, Tiffany, was incredible. Friendly, great personality, she made our food and she even took time to come over to our table to make sure everything was okay. After many disappointing visits and horrible food. Ms. Tiffany is a true blessing to this Taco Bell. Way too, go. Tiffany, you are a true blessing to the store and to Taco Bell.“
