I traveled a lot in the last 5 years and have eaten at 32 different locations. I have only ever had 1 bad meal and the MP Managing partner was on site and comped my entire meal and invited me back on her.
When we arrived we were greeted promptly and everyone was smiling. The music was Christmas and the volume was perfect. Every where I looked was clean and well kept.

The last 3 times we have came here we have left disappointed. Tonight we finally said something to the manager and instead of trying to make the situation worse she just gave excuses. She stated that alcohol drinks were none refundable and offered to “remake” the drinks…

Every time we come to Texas Roadhouse, we sit down, and are informed they are out of prime rib. we left early today, drove an hour and before 5pm was already sold out. I filed a complaint with corporate and we walked out. Will not be back. luckily our waitress told us where we could find a great prime rib instead of Texas.
