I traveled a lot in the last 5 years and have eaten at 32 different locations. I have only ever had 1 bad meal and the MP Managing partner was on site and comped my entire meal and invited me back on her.
When we arrived we were greeted promptly and everyone was smiling. The music was Christmas and the volume was perfect. Every where I looked was clean and well kept.
Today Pam and I and a good friend Jeff who also spent many years in the food industry came in for a Sunday...
Very nice meal. Had the 8 oz filet medium rare. Sweet potato and house salad. Rolls with the honey butter are addicting. Texas pour of the cabernet to help wash it all down. Good service at the bar: Lauren and Alli.
While your staff is very nice, the kitchen is pretty terrible. None of our plates looked appetizing. The lettuce in my salad was brown. After over an hour, we finally got our food. My steak was barely warm, dry, and severely overcooked (I ordered medium rare and got med well plus). The loaded mash was also lukewarm. We asked for rolls three or four times and were consistently told the kitchen didn't have enough? I was just disappointed overall. Not one thing on our table...
