“We have eaten at most of the Rafael location. This one was exceptional. The food was fresh, the service was quick, and the restaurant was very clean. We were there 8 months ago. My wife asked if she could pinch off a 6-inch runner from the vine in their restaurant. They said we could. The picture below is its baby.
