The employees at this location are absolutely inept. After 25 minutes, I canceled my order. (It was not even busy and there were only two people waiting. They didn't look to be short staffed. Just lazy employees standing around.I've noticed this to be a trend at this location among other patrons. I saw one gentleman waiting 5 minutes JUST to be acknowledged for taking an order while the employees were messing around with small talk. McDonalds is part of the Loves Gas Station Plaza -The store was well lit. The staff was friendly and helpful. My order was correct and actually hit the spot.The plaza has restrooms. Not clean.Outside of the building and concrete could use power washing.
