When I order a coffee I expect it to be made how I order it and not however is fastest/most convenient for the employee. Especially when I’m paying for extra things just to not get it.
Typical McDonald's nothing special fast service for breakfast
Received food rather quickly, and food was hot and delicious. Clean environment.

This McDonald's offers a mix of experiences, with some highlights and occasional issues. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, with employees like Ms. Terry and a kind older lady providing exceptional service. Customers appreciate quick and efficient service, especially when orders are made to be fast and fresh. Many reviews mention that the food, including items like the sausage McMuffin with egg, is satisfying, though there are times when the food may be less than perfect, such as dry or not as fresh as hoped.
The drive-thru experience can be quick, and online ordering often results in prompt service, with some staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. However, there are occasional problems, such as dirty tables, full garbage cans, or delays due to staff shortages. Customers also note that the restaurant does not have milkshakes or ice-cream desserts. Overall, this McDonald's provides good service and tasty food, but experiences can vary depending on the day and staffing levels.
