My last two visits were totally unsatisfactory. On the first visit, a beef and cheddar sandwich was prepared as a roast beef only sandwich and I was given fries instead of the potato cakes I ordered. In the most recent order, the potato cakes were replaced by danishes. I do not understand all the confusion about the potato cakes. I suppose one option would be to thoroughly check the order before I pull away from the drive-through, but I am opting for the second option, which is to never return to that establishment.

Last time using drive thru (two weeks ago)was told there was a fifteen minute wait for roast beef. Tonight (12/22) was told that there was a thirty minute wait for roast beef, but they had chicken. Almost everybody sells chicken. I go to Arby's for roast beef. Don't think I will go back.

Meh, it's ok if you're hungry, you will need lots of napkins though. The most memorable part of the visit was looking at the crispy bits of over fried potato bits that had been scraped out of the deep fryer. They were called curly fries but I would have put them in the trash had I been the worker.

This is highly unlike any Arby's I've ever been to. Evidently it was just a bad day. The potato cakes looked and tasted like they were yesterday's. When my wife opened up the bag, her turkey sandwich literally fell apart in her lap. And her lemonade tasted like it was watered down. I'm just writing this off. Maybe a bad day. I will be back. Arby's is my favorite qsr

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Went in at 7pm today to get dinner & was told they were out of meat & couldn’t serve food. There were 4 other people in front of me waiting to be told whether or not they had enough left to even serve them after already paying or placing online orders. My family & another couple whom walked in with us turned & walked out after being told that. I simply do not understand how they still had 3 hours til closing, but no food to be served.

every time I go here they need something up I've had to turn around and go back there it for times I really don't know why I keep coming back for the torture that is Jeff City Arby's if the food wasn't good I prob wouldn't come back.

When I walked in it was nobody at the front counter it was three men standing in front of me obviously on my lunch break. We waited 7 minutes... Yes I timed it for anybody to walk up to the counter. The girl that worked the front counter had a major attitude. When I ask her a question about my order her and the young man that have joined her at the front counter both held their eyes. Like it was an inconvenience for them to answer a question. (Mark another restaurant off my list that I won't be going to. Not that it matters one person is not going to shut them down)

I ordered the new Steak Nuggets: 5 piece for 5.99.
1) only 4 pieces in the box 2) one of the 4 was half the size of the other 3 3) the steak pieces looked like pieces of charcoal 4) tasteless

Great food. They had ham and Swiss for 2 for 7 dollars they always have some kind of deals.
Food is always good until today. Ordered the steak bites and was very disappointed. They were nasty. Employees are always friendly and efficient. Bring back the cheese steak. That was good.

Last 2 times I've stopped to get food. The people running register have been rude. No one reads back your order anymore. Charged me $2+ tax more than what I order. Gave me Cheddar roast beef instead of regular roast beef. So that explains the extra $2+ tax. Everyone acts like they don't want to be there. This was Jefferson City, TN store

The dinning room was so cold that we had to take our grandkids to the car to finish their meals. We had a miserable experience. Our order was also incomplete. We probably won't be back.
