I've heard a lot of good things about this food truck and when I saw it at the Grainger County Tomato Festival, I had to try them out. My wife and I had their pulled pork sandwich which was loaded down with meat. It came with a sweet or spicy sauce so we tried one of each. They were delicious! We had Grillbilly’s cater our wedding and the food was fantastic!! The brisket and pulled pork were huge hits. We received comments from many guests about the food.You can’t ask for better bbq.

In town from TX visiting friends and was recommended Grillbilly Smoke for BBQ. Definitely better than some of the ol’faithfull BBQ spots down here were people hold BBQ and college football at the same level. The brisket tacos are great with everything (the pineapple really works so don’t not try it); pulled pork is fatty (in the best way), smoky and delicious; loaded potato salad is an awesome cross of a loaded baked potato and potato salad.
