great food not expensive. love the decor
When they first opened they were great. But it went downhill as time went on. They served us chicken tenders that were dried out & cold. They must have been sitting there for quite some time before they served them. This happened more than once. We do not go to this location anymore. And there is not another anywhere close. That was a bummer because we thought we had found a decent place for food. It turned out to be crap like most food in East TN.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has very good food that is delicious. The employees are generally friendly, and one worker with a pony tail was very nice. The restaurant is super kid friendly, with a million different drink options and a design your own soft drinks feature that keeps kids entertained. However, service can be inconsistent. One worker named Amy was very rude to customers and co-workers. At the drive through, it sometimes takes forever because young girls were laughing and throwing stuff at each other instead of working. Also, online orders are not always accurate; a six-piece chicken fingerz meal only came with five pieces, and order instructions were not followed. Curbside delivery also had a long wait time of over five minutes. Despite these issues, the food is great and the restaurant is very kid friendly.
