great food not expensive. love the decor
Had a nice dinner here.
Its kinda hit or miss. Ive been recently and it was amazing and fresh. Everything was great. Today I go eat the same thing and its almost like it was leftover from yesterday. Barely ok....it seems if they aren't busy then its not fresh at all.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has very good food that is delicious. The employees are generally friendly, and one worker with a pony tail was very nice. The restaurant is super kid friendly, with a million different drink options and a design your own soft drinks feature that keeps kids entertained. However, service can be inconsistent. One worker named Amy was very rude to customers and co-workers. At the drive through, it sometimes takes forever because young girls were laughing and throwing stuff at each other instead of working. Also, online orders are not always accurate; a six-piece chicken fingerz meal only came with five pieces, and order instructions were not followed. Curbside delivery also had a long wait time of over five minutes. Despite these issues, the food is great and the restaurant is very kid friendly.
