I've heard a lot of good things about this food truck and when I saw it at the Grainger County Tomato Festival, I had to try them out. My wife and I had their pulled pork sandwich which was loaded down with meat. It came with a sweet or spicy sauce so we tried one of each. They were delicious! Neither flavoring was overpowering.Grillbilly has a good selection of various items made with pork, chicken and brisket. Prices are reasonable ($8-$14) and the gentlemen serving it up were very polite. They serve a large area within East Tennessee. Try them out!

Stopped by when I saw them at Lowe's me and my husband got the Mac bowls I was quite disappointed with mine I got the chicken one the chicken was cold there was literally like 4 noodles and it was just overall very disappointing for the amount I paid.

We had Grillbilly’s cater our wedding and the food was fantastic!! The brisket and pulled pork were huge hits. We received comments from many guests about the food.You can’t ask for better bbq.

Visited the food truck in the parking lot of Lowe’s in Morristown. Had the pork bbq sandwich with spicy sauce. One of the best pork bbq sandwiches I have had.

In town from TX visiting friends and was recommended Grillbilly Smoke for BBQ. Definitely better than some of the ol’faithfull BBQ spots down here were people hold BBQ and college football at the same level. The brisket tacos are great with everything (the pineapple really works so don’t not try it); pulled pork is fatty (in the best way), smoky and delicious; loaded potato salad is an awesome cross of a loaded baked potato and potato salad. Never been a fan of corn casserole but theirs certainly converted me and the banana pudding might make me change my recipe, to copy theirs, come this Christmas. Can’t recommend them enough. Definitely stop by if your in the area; great food, great/friendly service and great price for the high quality BBQ.

We used Grilbilly Smoke as our wedding caterer and are so happy we did. The best pulled pork we had ever had, great with and without their homemade BBQ sauce. Which is also amazing. We had met up with them to do a tasting only 2 weeks before our wedding and were so happy they were able to fit us in. Our guests could not stop talking about how great the food was. We had also gotten the chicken, roasted Rosemary potatoes, Mac n cheese, loaded potatoe salad, and coleslaw. All gone by the end of the night. Everyone we met and talked to was super friendly, couldn't have asked for a better caterer. Thank you again Grillbilly Smoke!!
