Drive to Dandridge if you want bojangles stood in there for 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order never did lady stood there restocking the lids feller came up to the front line and swept manager restocking the sauces very sad. But worse than that no matter how much you complain nothing will be done

Tried to keep credit card. Chicken had to be made fresh, which is fine. Do not try peach cobbler; stale biscuit topped with overly sweet and obviously canned peach pie filling. I get that this is fast food, but with a sweet potato pie as good as theirs, I was expecting this to be awesome…I was wrong. Prices have also gone way up, but with this economy, that is to be expected…maybe not this much, but somewhat.

Best deal in town: 2 pics chicken, 1 side, biscuit, and a drink for about $6! The chicken pieces ( I get two thighs) are much larger than KF and Popeyes too.
UPDATE: 2 THIGHS, BISCUIT, DRINK WAS ALMOST $10 today. No longer a good deal meal .
The chicken was barely above body temperature, and the biscuit was brittle.

Walked in Sunday at 12:30. 4 cars in drive thru and 2 customers dining inside and 2 waiting for food. Stood in line for a few minutes trying to decide what to order. Guy waiting for food is upset how long it is taking and asks for refund. Counter employee yells to back of kitchen for manager to come up front. Manager explains they are busy and he is no longer able to give refunds. Sounded like a great time for us to not eat there.
How can a place with that many employees be so disorganized? They looked ill prepared for any lunch service.
Terrible policy if manager on duty not allowed to give refunds.

So I just bought dinner for my family the 8 pc chicken meal with Cole slaw and Mac n cheese were my 2 sides. Got home to plate it up for the family and the slaw and Mac n cheese utterly disgusting tasting has no flavor what so ever just BLAND I'm not happy with you all right now yall gotta do better if you want to keep your customers because as of now you lost one

Came in at 12 noon asked to order chicken and rice bowl they said out of grilled chicken would be a few minutes so I subbed tenders after ten minutes still standing and waiting for food in that time the grilled chicken was done but counter guy never thought to give me that instead we kept waiting for the rice that wasn’t ready I guess 3 employees not one had any idea what they was doing after 15 minutes finally get food to no surprise it was very bad the chicken tasted old the rice was dry this place should fire entire staff and try again !!! Beware only eat if last resort
