The store is super cute and clean on the inside. Last time I got a drink, I had 2 separate orders. My drink wasn't ready and there was a line behind us, so my husband offered to pull up so they could get the other orders out. They don't tell him where to pull, so he parks literally right in front of the store. It's early and there were zero other vehicles out there. The girl walks out, looking super confused even though we were the only car and RIGHT in front of the store. So we waved her over and she goes on to tell us to not park next time . Like, okay girl, we were trying to make YOUR job easier. Then forgets my straw. And not to mention, there were no donuts. This is the only DD location that I've EVER been to that never has donuts consistently. It's in the store name...keep your donuts stocked or ya'll or going to lose business.

Just wanted to hop on here and give Mark some props 🙂 he took my order today and was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise! I could definitely tell that he was new on the job. Probably his first day but he was absolutely fabulous and will come back just for his friendly service. There was a chick making coffees in the background being extremely rude to Mark and her other new employee talking trash about them to the lady working drive-thru. I understand it's hard to get help in these days but the way to keep them is to not talk trash about him for sure! Maybe you should explain the job to them so they could actually do it 🙂 keep up the good work Mark never give up!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My order was right and the wait was short. The drive thru menu was short and didnt have many options. I am not 100% with Dunkins menu, so having a menu would be nice. I mentioned it to the sweet lady in the drive thru and she was so sweet and understanding. If your not familiar with the setup, getting in the parking lot can be confusing. But they do have plenty of parking. From what I cou l d see from the drive thru window, the store was clean and not loud.

the worker had forgotten to add cinnamon on top and I had politely let him know but he rolled his eyes and looked annoyed when I told him, he got my drink and gave it back with a crap ton of cinnamon on top. looked like he poured almost the entire bottle not cool dude

They are always fast and efficient! I've not had the donuts, but their hashbrowns are hot, and my lattes are always good! They haven't messed up my order (unlike the dunkin in Morristown). So happy to have a Dunkin in Jeff city after all these years.

I went to this Dunkin for the first time. I was not impressed at all. While I sat in the drive-thru for an extended amount of time while the car in front of me and the person taking the order discussed the intricacies of creamers in coffee and how each person liked their drinks. I was finally able to order and I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. Not a complicated order. I pulled up to the window and immediately noticed the tip box hanging on the outside. I then received my food. I opened it after I returned home. The sandwich appeared smashed and it was unusually cold. The best part is the egg on the sandwich looked like someone took a little bite out of it. Without casting bad judgment on the whole store, I will definitely check my food before I leave there. If I go back.
