They can’t even make tea. Purchased a green tea. It tasted like straight water and a dirty tea bag. It was so watered down it was disgusting. Drinks are not made correctly. Really disappointed. The other drink wasn’t much better.

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ I have ever seen. The last 3 times that I submitted an order on the app they have gotten it wrong! They put everything in the box but what you ordered. How hard is it to see 24 blueberry glazed donuts on the order. The last order they put in everything but a blueberry glazed. I called the last two times to complain or let them know but obviously that does not work. No more buying from this store.

The store is super cute and clean on the inside. Last time I got a drink, I had 2 separate orders. My drink wasn't ready and there was a line behind us, so my husband offered to pull up so they could get the other orders out. They don't tell him where to pull, so he parks literally right in front of the store. It's early and there were zero other vehicles out there. The girl walks out, looking super confused even though we were the only car and RIGHT in front of the store. So we waved her over and she goes on to tell us to not park next time . Like, okay girl, we were trying to make YOUR job easier. Then forgets my straw. And not to mention, there were no donuts. This is the only DD location that I've EVER been to that never has donuts consistently. It's in the store name...keep your donuts stocked or ya'll or going to lose business.

Just wanted to hop on here and give Mark some props 🙂 he took my order today and was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise! I could definitely tell that he was new on the job. Probably his first day but he was absolutely fabulous and will come back just for his friendly service. There was a chick making coffees in the background being extremely rude to Mark and her other new employee talking trash about them to the lady working drive-thru. I understand it's hard to get help in these days but the way to keep them is to not talk trash about him for sure! Maybe you should explain the job to them so they could actually do it 🙂 keep up the good work Mark never give up!

You can order two of the exact same drinks at the exact same time and both be completely different

Such good service! Very fast they had my order ready as soon as I pulled up to the window!! Kimberly was so so good she rung me up fast and handed me my drink. She was extremely nice so was everyone else!!
