We have a group that gathers the last weekend of every month. EVERY TIME I call around 510am on Friday, I give an order for specifc donuts. THEY ARE ALWAYS PERFWXT WHEN PICKED UP ON SATURDAY. The manager always makes sure they are exactly the way my guests request! She is always kind and patient with me. I am so THRILLED Dunkin is finally near our house. The chronological sequence of orders in the drive thru was lost to the employees. The drink my son wanted was fine overall. The most valuable activity at the moment was that an employee didn't care what was needed. It was time for her break. Employees could also take a lesson on looking their best, not like they just rolled out of bed.

let me tell you… the night staff are some of the most amazing people ever! i go to this location specifically for the night shift workers. they are always incredibly sweet! plus they go above and beyond for me! amazing customer service and very hard workers!

Until my experience changed, Temp one star: Here's why.
I order a medium iced caramel latte with cold foam.
I get back a md iced "caramel" latte with whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, etc. A caramel craze latte, not what I asked for bc I really really don't like cinnamon or whipped cream. The lid was haphazardly put on and whipped cream was dripping down the sides. It was not busy. There was no one behind us and ONE car ahead of us.
I hand it back and ask for just cold foam to be placed on top. When I get it back, they had just swiped off the stuff on top and put cold foam on it but KEPT THE SAME LID that was COVERED in cinnamon. Not to mention the cup was STILL sticky with the dripped whipped cream.
Whatever, I'll deal. Or so I thought! Because when I took a sip all I tasted was pumpkin spice.
At that point I had already driven off. What a complete waste of money to have my entire drink order wrong despite the sticker ticket having my exact, correct order on it. There's no excuse for that when I was the only customer in the drive thru at that point.
Love this place we were there for the grand opening!!! The staff is always ready and wiling to help. We had a hard time figuring out a drink, what it was, and they were really patient and helpful with us!! Dunkin is a great addition to Jefferson City!!!
